It was clean and comfortable with easy parking outside and a picnic bench to use outside. Easy walk into town.

Perfectly adequate accommodation
Clean, pleasant flat with a lovely back garden, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen. Short walk (up a very steep hill) into town.
My only gripe is how much it costs for such basic accommodation. But that appears to be going rate in St Andrews — just don't expect to get anything more than a very basic / typical agency run apartment.
