Please note that extra beds are only available upon previous request and subject to availability. For reservations with more than 3 rooms, we apply special group conditions which are as follows: 60 days before arrival, you must pay half the amount. 15 days before arrival, you must pay the remaining amount. Any changes or cancelations, please contact the Guest House as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival (for the entire group booking). It is possible to cancel 2 rooms up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after these dates or no-show, we will charge the full amount.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
