Not great
The location
There’s no staff, no place where to storage the luggage. The apartment had a weird humidity smell and the bathroom had a drawer in pieces since there is no ventilation the wood is roten. I tried to reach them multiple times and they replied many hours later. Not good customer service

La ubicación está bien. La habitación era un 5/10 aunque una “Superior deluxe” con vistas a un patio interior…
Contacto con el personal un 0. Tienen centralizados todos los edificios, te dejan en un buzon de voz horas, se corta la llamada, vuelves a llamar, nadie coge… increíble. Tuve un problema tambien con la reserva, no te atiende nadie, problemas con el codigo de acceso, de nuevo no te atiende nadie, esperas tiempos indefinidos… aparece al buscar hoteles 4 estrellas y esta dentro de un bloque de vecinos, se escucha todo…. Vistas a un patio interior, sin agua… ha sido una muy mala experiencia

Best apartment 🙌
The location is exceptional. The amenities offered is very good. Extra towels, paper rolls, washing machine and dryer to wash the clothes and dry.
The bed was a bit too soft. The instructions to enter and checkin to the room is way too complicated. I saw several people who were stuck outside the building at night because they hadnt received the password and details.
