Comfortable small rooms due to good design and mirrors that make the room feel more spacious
Comfortable with clean modern designed spaces even in their small size rooms. French bistro in the building front with inner door connection to BoB W.
Dirty hallway floor on the fifth floor. That really ruins the experience when the floor appeared to be dirty /damaged.

If you are looking for a place, which is going to ruin your whole trip and gives an impression which makes you not want to come back to Munich ever, this is the one. We booked two nights but due to personal reasons we stayed only one night(fully paied for two nights anyway) in a room on 6th floor. They are running this hotel in cost effective way only for themselves, not considering customers. So there is NO ONE at the hotel physically. After dinner, we tried to open the hotel room with Digital Key they provided as the only way to open the room door, and it didn't work so I immediately contacted via Whatsapp for help and they instructed me to go to locker on -1 floor and retrieve the physical key. There was another guest of the hotel to get physical key before me, surprisingly, and locker wasn't working either. My boyfriend and I kept trying to open either room door or locker, after half an hour somehow just one time digital key worked, so we could enter the room. In the meantime, they told me that they will contact local team to fix the problem, but they never came in the end. Next day morning, I wasn't sure that the room would be opened with digital key again, because last night after we managed to enter the room by ourselves, I tried to open the room door again let my boyfriend stay inside to open the door for me in case it doesnmt work, and it didn't. So I asked them explicitly to fix the locker early morning at least to get the physical key, but they came around 9:50 to give me physical key. We couldn't go for breakfast in the morning to enjoy the last moments in Munich together because at least one person should be inside to open the door.
