Esperienza terribile. Gestione pessima di un b&b in un palazzo squallido e maleodorante. L’uomo che gestisce la struttura è un maleducato e mi ha insultato al telefono dicendo che non ho prestato attenzione alle sue istruzioni confuse, inviatemi su whatsapp da un numero sconosciuto, per entrare nell'appartamento. Mi ha mandato in una camera e poi ha corretto il messaggio, sempre su whatsapp, e mi ha fatto spostare. Mi ha tartassato di messaggi durante tutto il soggiorno e quando gliel'ho fatto gentilmente notare ha mandato una mail (a me) dicendo che avevo una cattiva condotta. Ho parlato con altri ospiti e mi hanno confermato lo stesso atteggiamento. Inoltre mi ha cancellato la precedente recensione su booking perché negativa e ho dovuto richiedere espressamente al sito di darmi la possibilità di condividere la mia esperienza orribile Esperienza pessima. Non prenotare qui.

A great place for a short stay in Florence
The room had everything needed facilities, including a hair dryer, a kettle and free water. The windows are facing the yard, so it's calm and little noise, despite the busy location. Massimo is a very hospitable and nice person, always ready to help or answer questions via WhatsApp. Apparently, he really likes to use generative AI for room design and video instructions 😄 I find it funny
