Great room, location,nice coffee perk!! Communication? address that and it'll be great!
The room, very nice, large, nicely decorated, the balcony was large with French doors allowing for great light, and open air movement. The daily coffee and cornetto at the coffee shop was a great perk, and right next door. Location was great for the ferry rides to the Amalfi coastal towns. Check in was easy, check out even easier. Would stay again.
We contacted the person Mike, that was our contact. Initially I did not know he was going to contact me through Whats app, so it delayed our entry, but not an issue, It was easy to down load the Italian greeting into english using Chat. The issue we had were after check in. We immediately found that the internet did not work, the television did not work, we contacted Mike, and answered a few questions, and sent some pictures, and great hope that the next day these issues would be corrected. They were not, and we never heard from Mike again. We could have even just been happy having internet, the TV would be a plus. So with that said when mike was communicating, he sated we should go to the common area and use the wifi there. We did but, the common area smelled of cigarette smoke and we are not smokers, so we could only stand it for a short time. We could go into the room and have very spotty service. After we shared that info that's when communication stopped. We hoped for it to be corrected. We stayed 3 nights. Wifi was very important for our daily business transactions.

La stanza è squallida, il pavimento terribile coperto da un tappeto vecchio e polveroso. Per la prima volta in tanti soggiorni ho fatto fatica a farmi una doccia perché non c'era il sapone.
