    A decent place to stay with very good location.

    The location was very good.

    The directions for the virtual key were not clear and was difficult to unlock and enter and also to lock the apartment when we went out. Took many tries. Also, only a couple of towels for 2 guests, NO washcloth or towels of any kind (paper of cloth) for the kitchen. No extra sheets to make up the sofa bed. Though we found many of pillows and a comforter in the closet.

    We loved Milan! It’s a beautiful city!

    Beautiful old property well located. Half an hour walk to the Duomo and shopping precinct. Felt safe.

    The remote for the TV didn’tshopp work. It took a while to get in and out of the apartment with the process required and there was no bin in the kitchen. Also the coffee pods provided didn’t fit the coffee machine.
