    Nice experience & location but had higher expectations for cleanliness

    Location, property genrrally and cabins themselves are really nice.

    Mentioning the following as constructive points so that your service can improve: No lock on bathroom door. Sadly for the price we paid, the cleanliness and attention to detail wasn't acceptable. Specifically: Underwear/bikini found from previous guests in main bedroom Shoe from previous guests found underneath couch Build-up of dust behind couch & on skirting board. Buildup of dirt in corners of bathroom. Crumbs in drawer around toaster Bedsheets were clean. However it seems a proper clean of cabins is not done from one set of guests to another. A 1/3 used toilet paper was there for our group of 4 who were staying for 3 nights. No dish soap. Had to ask to ask at Cafe for more toilet paper & dish soap. Would have liked to use BBQ grill but there was a few pieces of dog sh!t in grass in vicinity which turned us off. If allowing guests to bring pets, should have a process to ensure grounds are kept clean.

    Has possibilities but lacks attention to detail such as cleanliness

    Nice setting

    Shower was dirty, floors needed washing, lighting was very poor, deck was covered in sand when we arrived, dining stools and side tables were very unstable, coffee provided but no tea/sugar/creamer, Very limited kitchen items, ants in the kitchen, sun sail over deck meant the door could not be fully opened, deck chairs were losing their plugs which were a chew hazard for the dog, no fire wood/paper/matches and hours before anyone responded. Too many different contact numbers. And this is the 3rd time I’ve responded for comment on the property, each time from a different source. Appears to be a lack of coordination and/or communication.
