I loved the location and the room

The staff was nearly impossible to get in touch with. I tried to leave a message, but there was no option to translate their voicemail to English. I was just fortunate that one of the guests pointed out a lady in the parking lot who worked there (turned out she was the manager). I needed to return the key, but no long had the passcode. If they improve their communication process (especially for English speakers), the rating would have been "excellent!" rather than "good".
