  What we liked most were the beautiful views visible from the terrace and all the windows. The pool is shared but very spacious and also offers beautiful views. The villa is very well equipped and offers all kitchen utensils. We really liked that it is located in a very quiet area.

  The only thing I could say is that it requires a minor renovation, as the doors and windows need to be replaced. They don't close properly, and I think the windows are about to fall out. And it’s very convenient if you’re driving, since you have to go up a steep hill to reach the house. If you go on foot like us, it's difficult to do the shopping every day.

  La vue de la terrasse et la piscine collective

  Pas de climatisation dans les chambres bien que le bien soit indiqué comme étant climatisé !!! A plus de 40°C c'est compliqué c'est mensongé. La climatisation du RDC est sous dimensionnée. Pas de rideau occultant dans le sejour Pas de rideau occultant ou volet Condenseur de climatisation du voisin sous la fenêtre de chambre donc beaucoup de bruit Mécanisme de chasse d'eau d'un WC HS Serrure porte d'entrée à revoir Fenêtres qui ne ferment pas correctement Impossible de se garer à proximité Literie à revoir Matelas ressort qui ont vécus...

  Идеальная локация, большая вилла со всем необходимым, огромное количество разной посуды, терраса с видом фактическая. Бассейн на территории который почти всегда был только для нас, бассейн большой , и уютный. Локация 10 мин пешком до набережной , пляжей , баров кафе и ресторанов , Так же в 10-12 мин магазины , и конечно порт где можно купить свежий улов. Нам все понравилось Есть конциционер внизу в гостиной , в одной спальне потолочный вентилятор. Еще на крыше роскошный вид и много сушилок, есть кстати стиралка и посудомойка. Мы провели шикарные 3 недели

  Не то чтобы не понравилось, как пожелание по улучшению, большое зеркало в полный рост, хотябы одно на всю виллу, и вентилятор в маленькой спальне, так как при 35 градусной жаре не все могут спать. И штору блэкаут в гостиную так как днем без нее там находится не возможно, но мы повесели простынь и было ок. Это маленькие детали которые значительно улучшат апартамент
