Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several serious issues, particularly regarding safety and basic guest service. At one point, we became trapped inside an extremely old elevator. It honestly felt like it was 1,500 years old, and the condition of the elevator was alarming. What was even more concerning was that there appeared to be no clear way to contact emergency services from inside the elevator. The only button available seemed to make a ringing sound inside the elevator, but there was no clear communication system or way to speak to someone for assistance. To make matters worse, we had no cell service inside the elevator, leaving us feeling completely helpless. The situation was even more frustrating because the Buu Smart Suite is located on the sixth floor, and guests are apparently expected to carry all of their luggage up to the very top. After already dealing with an elevator that we did not feel safe using, having to haul our luggage up six floors was an unreasonable and extremely inconvenient experience. We were also uncomfortable with the passport information requested at check-in. When we explained that we were not comfortable providing our passport numbers, we were met with pushback. We were willing to provide other necessary information and identification if needed, but we did not feel that our concerns were handled respectfully. For a property accommodating guests, having a reliable emergency communication system in an elevator should be a basic safety expectation. Being trapped with no obvious way to call for help was frightening and unacceptable. Expecting guests to carry their luggage up six floors only made the situation worse. Overall, this experience left us feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and very disappointed. We would not recommend this property and strongly believe management needs to address both the elevator safety concerns and the way guest privacy and check-in requirements

Great suite in Napoli
The room was great ,clean and spacious Very well situated in Napoli , the owner was very helpful with all our request , we definitely shall return to Boemi smart suites
