    1 Star - Extremely Disappointed

    Extremely Disappointed This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I checked in to my room, I found that many of the lights were broken and didn’t turn on even though I had already inserted the access card to activate the power. I immediately reported it to the receptionist, but I had to wait an unreasonably long time just for someone to come and check the room. I was exhausted after a long trip from outside Java and just wanted to rest, but instead I was stuck waiting in a dark, uncomfortable room. I requested a room change, but was told it wasn’t possible. Absolutely unacceptable service for a hotel that claims to offer comfort and convenience. Will definitely not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
