    Camera molto grande e accogliente, pulizia molto buona

    Problemi col pagamento con carta di credito: nonostante la struttura mi avesse precedentemente assicurato di accettare il pagamento tramite carta Mastercard, il loro dispositivo non la riconosceva e abbiamo dovuto recarci in un altro hotel della loro catena che era provvisto di dispositivo che la supportasse

    Superb

    The cleanliness was exceptional along with the behaviour of the staff! The entire experience gave me a Victorian vibe from architecture to dining!

    We couldn’t order food in rooms and one can’t order food online as the property charges ₹1000 as penalty if you are found to have ordered food from outside. Moreover the kitchen closes at 10:30, meaning there are no other options to eat after 10:30 if you are not ok with the penalty.

    Location and nice rooms

    Location was quiet, nice and spacious rooms. Dinner was good, but expect slow service. Breakfast very limited options though

    Too many formalities at the reception, we were expected to provide all passports/visa and ID for all adults otherwise was told we couldn't check. We'd paid in full for accommodation by this point so this was an unpleasant requests and all hotels we've been to have never been to this extent of formalities... Food service was very slow, but to be fair kitchen staff were very pleasant. Food was good also except breakfast options was very limited.
