    Great location in a comfortable hotel. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food provided

    Location and cleanliness, the rooftop bar and a smile from every member of staff we encountered

    Our riverside view room was directly above the restaurant and very close to the riverside walk and early morning deliveries - luckily we had brought ear plugs.

    Hotel needs major upgrade.

    Location was the only reason I didn't leave.

    Hotel was old, fixtures were loose, lighting was dim, not enough power outlets, shower smelled, chaulk was used to try to mask mold in shower, shower didn't drain properly so you stood in standing water, bed was hard, pillows were hard, carpet was old and smelly. Music stayed on most of the day. Walls were so thin that you could hear conversations in rooms nearby. Restaurant food was not good. We didn't bother to have the free breakfast after having dinner the first night. The light switches made no sense, you had to enter the bathroom to turn on lights. Interior bathroom doors banged into each other. I can't imagine how this Hotel had an excellent rating by anyone
