We loved our stay here. The apartment is airy and spacious and clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. It isn’t air conditioned but there were two large fans which did a great job at keeping us cool. The apartment has a washing machine, an air drying rack, an iron and an ironing board. We were there for a wedding after a week at the lake so we were glad to be able to get ready easily. Although the apartment overlooks the bars in the courtyard outside, they were not open very late and they didn’t keep us up (including our two young children). Easy access to public transport and an easy walk to the river. There is a child’s playground round the corner. Good communication with the host, WiFi worked well and instructions for access were great. There is also a lift which was particularly useful with our luggage. We had a lot of family who were in Budapest for the wedding, they all agreed we had the best apartment! We really liked it and would definitely stay again.
We only have minor comments. The dishwasher wasn’t working, this was not a major problem for us as we only had breakfast and salads in the apartment. We would have liked a bread knife and more mugs but I am only saying that to give the owner a friendly suggestion, it definitely wouldn’t affect our decision to stay.

Pulizia da rivedere....
L'appartamento in un buon punto della città.
L'appartamento ha del potenziale, ma purtroppo l'accuratezza della pulizia e dell'ordine ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato oggetti personali e roba disposta a caso negli armadi, prodotti già aperti e usati in bagno, cucina e ciabatte lasciate in giro. In cucina l'igiene non era ottimale: la caffettiera e il bollitore non erano ben puliti, c'era persino un limone aperto in cucina e gli strumenti per le pulizie (scopa e altro) erano lasciati a vista in un angolo. Inoltre, c'erano dei cuscini ancora sullo stendino. Basterebbe una maggiore attenzione alla cura degli ospiti per rendere il soggiorno all'altezza delle aspettative.

La posizione dell'immobile è centrale e vicino alle fermate della tranvia e filobus. Zona ricca di servizi utili: ristoranti, supermercati, ecc.
L'abitazione anche se ben ristrutturata non è accogliente. Sono presenti mobili vecchi e un accumulo di oggetti senza utilità: tante lampade, vecchie valigie e attrezzi per il fitness. Non è presente il condizionatore d'aria.
