    awful communication, just some ai bot, we couldn't get in bc the lock wasn't working. tried texting tried calling all did not work, just more ai bots. eventually managed to fish out the key another way, never got the lock to work.

    Preis- Leistung haben gepasst, eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung!

    Gute Lage zur Innenstadt, recht ruhig gelegen.

    Kein Parkplatz an der Whg und schlechte Beschreibung des Wohnungszuganges. Man denkt, mit dem Code wird die Tür geöffnet, aber man benötigt natürlich Code und Schlüssel. Der Code am Briefkasten ging nicht, aber die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon konnte sofort helfen. Im Zimmer steht, dass die Schlüssel zurück in den Briefkasten sollen, in der Mail stand was anderes. Die Infos könnten verbessert werden. Die Putzgeräte im Bad könnten gerne hinter einen Vorhang. Der strenge Geruch dort im Bad kam vermutlich aus dem Dampfreiniger, das sollte dringend behoben werden.
