I won’t be returning.
Cheap
Dirty, bugs on the bed, needs a renovation badly. Staff were inattentive and did not respond to messages or calls when I was checking in late. No apology when someone finally woke up to check me in.

Very expensive for very little service
The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail in the rooms and common areas, and the location is great. Careful though, Bingin Beach is under demolition and not a very nice place to hang out (plus lots of stairs to get down to the beach). The staff were genuinely kind and always smiling, but unfortunately not very helpful when it came to actually solving problems or answering requests.
There were leaks everywhere, both in the common areas and in our room, and a foul sewage-like smell coming up from the drains that was strong enough to wake us up at night. The room was overrun with insects: we kept finding flying ant wings all over the sheets, dead mosquitoes on the bed and gecko droppings in the bedding, and there was no mosquito net on the bed. The rooms look nothing like the photos, and there was no hot water in the shower. Despite our repeated requests, nothing was done, and the room change we were promised never happened. There is also no restaurant and therefore no breakfast, even though the website says otherwise. Very expensive for very little service.
