    This is a comfortable and spacious place to stay.

    The location was perfect for us with easy access to everything we needed.

    I wouldn’t say I disliked the futon, but a couch would really be more comfortable and much easier to get in and out of. It is an insignificant complaint.

    Mice infestation!!

    The main feature I liked about the property is its convenient location, as it is close to downtown and within easy reach of several fast food restaurants.

    What I did not like about the property was the mice infestation and the attitude of the property owner. The unit is attached to a house, and after spending most of the day unpacking and settling in for what was supposed to be a 10-day stay, I began seeing mice running across the floor within 24 hours. I immediately contacted the property owner, who told me they were trying to get someone to come out the next day. After waiting most of the day without any update, I reached out again and was told that no pest control companies were available due to a snowstorm. This turned out to be untrue, as I personally contacted several companies and found that nearly all of them were available. When I informed the owner, she said she would reach out to some. A few hours later, she claimed that her exterminator q had said mice were “normal for the season,” which is simply not true. It also became clear that the only “solution” in place was sticky traps that had already been set before I arrived, which I hadn’t noticed initially. This confirms the property has an ongoing infestation rather than a one-time issue. The host refused to properly address the problem, leaving me no choice but to cancel my stay after one day. Thankfully, Booking.com was very helpful and issued me a full refund.
