Die Größe der Wohnung und die Nähe zur U-Bahn
Die Waschbecken in beiden (!) Bädern durften nicht benutzt werden; eine Reparatur erfolgte nicht. Die Nutzung der Terrasse war durch die gegenüberliegende Baustelle und den Lärm nahegelegenen Stadion eingeschränkt.

Duży przestronny apartament.
Zapach wilgoci , nie zadbane podwórko . Nie działające sprzęty typu kuchenka , klimatyzacja która nie chłodziła w 1 z pokoi , łazienki w których woda przeciekała.

Impossibilité d'utiliser les lavabos pour cause de fuite sur l'évacuation, plaque de cuisson en panne, grille-pain en panne, volet roulant inutilisable, terrasse mal entretenue et travaux à proximité.

Dzīvoklis bija pietiekoši plašs, tīrs, patīkami, ka bija savs pagalms ar dārza mēbelēm.
Pirmajā dienā atklājām, ka nevaram lietot sanitārā mezgla abas izlietnes, jo sienā iebūvētajā notekcaurulē bija sūce un uz grīdas krājās ūdens. Vienīgā izlietne bija virtuvē. Arī elektriskā plīts virsma nedarbojās. Atbildīgais darbinieks solīja nokārtot to, bet tā arī nesagaidījām uzlabojumus. Ja šīs lietas būtu kārtībā, mēs vērtētu naktsmītni ļoti labi.
