    The apartment was not as clean as expected – the bed cover had visible stains, which was quite unpleasant. The apartment is located in the basement, accessible by elevator, which was surprising at first. There is a terrace door, but it only opens to a very small inner courtyard. Some basic amenities were missing: there was no microwave, and although there were cooking pots, there were no proper cutlery items available. If the thermostat is accidentally turned off, there is no hot water. I was not aware of this, so unfortunately I couldn’t take a shower on the first morning. On top of that, I was charged an additional 59€ pet cleaning fee. This felt excessive—especially given the cleanliness issues in the apartment itself. Overall, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and equipment.
