  Cleanliness I particularly liked how clean the apartment was. The bathroom was especially spotless! Location I also really liked the location. Some people might find it a little far from the center, but for me, it was perfect. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the very busy Bahnhofstrasse, while also being much closer to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and the Schwarzsee station. It was also convenient for several hiking starting points. Staff I really liked the staff as well. Everyone was helpful, especially the cleaner. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was such a pleasant person. Even though we could barely understand each other because of the language barrier, she was always kind. •Attention to detail I really appreciated the little details. I had my own mailbox, and even my name was on the door of the apartment. It made the place feel less like a hotel and more like I was actually living there as a local. I really loved that. •Easy check-in and check-out I also liked how easy and straightforward the check-in and check-out process was. Everything was simple and hassle-free.

  1. Digital door lock -The digital door lock was unfortunately malfunctioning from the first day until the fourth day of my stay. I was told that it needed a battery change, and once the battery was replaced on the fourth day, I didn't have any problems with it anymore. It would have been nice if this had been fixed sooner, as it was a little inconvenient having to deal with the door every day. 2. Elevator maintenance noise -There was also elevator maintenance being carried out during my stay. I had been informed about the maintenance beforehand, so I knew about it, but I didn't expect the work to start so early in the morning. It was very loud, especially on Monday and Tuesday mornings, and unfortunately disturbed my sleep. Thankfully, the maintenance team wasn't working over the weekend, so I had a peaceful and quiet weekend. 3. Pillow -I didn't like the down pillow as I’'m allergic to down. That said, I should have requested a synthetic pillow beforehand, so that's partly on me. 😄

  とても素晴らしい。

  部屋が広く、清潔でとてもよかった。

  駅から15分ほどで、通常であれば何とも思わない距離だがハイキングの後は少し遠く感じてしまうことがあった。
