    Very good location and apartment is very nice. Communication great and clear instructions for check in and luggage storage.

    Una splendida scoperta

    Ottima location in un quartiere gioiello di Bologna. Appartamento piccolo ma molto curato in ogni dettaglio, inclusi gli arredi. La vasca idromassaggio è un valore aggiunto!

    Unica pecca un cattivo odore che si sentiva nella stanza ma che non ha comunque disturbato il soggiorno.

    Enjoyed our stay and easy access to other locations and local transportations

    The location was very good, and the room was spacious. Coffee and tea were provided. The host was very responsive when I sent messages to him.

    When I checked in online, I was required to pay additional city tax of $29.43 in order to receive the access code to the premise and my room. When I booked the room via Bookings.com, the final price included all the room and taxes. This seems to me a false advertisement and a very unfair business practice to other competing accommodations. The housekeeping lady was not very detail-oriented. The hair conditioning bottle was empty, the trash can still had trashes from previous guests. These made me wonder if this place was really thoroughly cleaned before we moved in.
