    Gorgeous, stunning property. Isolated however easily accessible via boat to the main land. There are a lot of amenities such as kayaking, paddle boating, hiking and a spa. It’s an amazing getaway, removed from all the excitement and noisiness on the mainland of Flores. The staff is amazing - so attentive and they made themselves easily accessible to answer any questions and fulfill any requests. They organized my trip to Tikal with transportation, a guide and food. They also organized a breakfast box for me for 2 days in a row due to having to leave early and miss the sit down breakfast. The restaurant had some tasty options for dinner. Overall a great hotel that I would definitely recommend and would visit again

    Loved the Staff, everything was on time, food was great, amazing experience. La Villa is amazing, it fits up to 8 people and it's really big and comfortable.

    Transportation was great, a little confusing as it states transportation is included however it’s included from when you get to the boat dock and they charge $15.00 per person from the airport to the boat dock. A/C is only available in the rooms and not in the living room, food was not great, they are trying a high end F&B experience however it’s lacking. Food comes out cold and not a lot of flavor.

    The hotel is truly beautiful! The rooms are great and the service is wonderful. My only complaint is that you are limited to the food options from the hotel, which could be better.
