Exceptional for the price in Blackpool

Good enough
We chose this hotel as it was close to the Winter Gardens. However, I had not anticipated that we would be waken up middle of the night by drunk people hammering on our hotel door. Next time I would chose a hotel that is further away from the city centre as my 10 year old and I got a bit scared by what we have experienced. This has obviously nothing to do with the hotel itself and the staff. Breakfast was Ok. Again next time I would opt out of this as I can get a better coffee outside with a simple sandwich that would definitely taste better. However it was convenient and staff tried very hard to make our stay the best. We were offered even an early breakfast as we had to leave on one of the days earlier than the official breakfast time which I really appreciate.
I had not imagined the bed this small. I had to share my bed with my 10 year old daughter and it was a bit tight.

Ideal location for the town centre.
The location was perfect being so close to the town centre. The hosts were lovely. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and vegetarians catered for. The place was very clean, the bedding and towels were fresh.
The room was too small for us, even though I had gone for double room rather than the small double. The bathroom and shower was also small and my partner who is 6ft 2 struggled as did I . We felt for the price of the room it should have been bigger and the parking at the property included, as it is at previous places we have stayed in Blackpool, rather than an extra £5 per night.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was very good value for the quality of service.We look forward to our next visit.
We did not dislike anything.
