Shakey start but place is convenient.
It was a good location, clean and had a great bathroom.
The beginning was shakey - it says in the dire tions that the owner will meet you. We had no info on how to get in...no one was there. I had to call and was given a code for the lock box to obtain the key. It was a key unlike any other I had seen - he said it had to be extended...push the button on the end...I saw a small button the actual end...he meant on the side...I could not figure it out...he was getting frustrated giving me instructions on the phone...and made it sound like I did not know how to use a key...have a lock box big enough to put the extended key in OR be there OR provide a short video /pictogram with how to open the key. As several people have previously stated, bedside tables and an other mirror (doing hair/putting in contacts etc. ties up bathroom unnecessarily) - this is a cheap fix.

Grand appartement pour deux. Propre et calme. Deux grandes chambres. Vue sur la ville. Le propriétaire accessible et bienveillant. Visite du centre à pied. Emplacement parfait pour des marcheurs.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon to finish our 15 days trip in Portugal and Spain and couldn’t expect better apartment for a fam
Filipe has been very helpful and easy communication. Good recommendation for parking and walking tour. Quiet room located in busy environment. Very clean and functional apartment.
Door lock is not the easiest to understand as it’s very secure but once you got the trick, it’s all fine.

Super Adresse für einen Lissabon Trip.
Einweisung Schlüsselübergabe telefonisch und kurzes Onboarding. Finde ich eine gute Lösung. Das Apartment war sauber, zweckmäßig und vollständig eingerichtet. Gutes Badezimmer, ausreichend Platz für alles. Das Haus ist angenehm. Die Gegend finde ich sehr authentisch, haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß in die Stadt 20 - 30 min je nach Spot. Supermärkte 3-5 min zu Fuß. Zentrale Lage bringt immer etwas Straßen- und Nachtschwärmerlärm mit sich, die beiden Schlafzimmer sind zur Straße hin. Fenster fand ich gut isoliert. Anreise mit dem Auto, für mich Mitteleuropäer etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch mit SUV in den schmalen Straßen bis zur Wohnung problemlos. Habe in der vermittelten Tuktuk Garage ein paar Häuser weiter geparkt, eine gewisse Grund Resilienz sollte man da schon mitbringen, hat letztlich sehr gut geklappt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erstklassig. Ich komme gerne wieder.
