Great location in District 1, comfortable bed (firm), room clean, helpful staff
Located steps away from Ben Thanh Market. Room very clean, bed comfortable, 2 pillows each. Good breakfast with a nice mix of Vietnamese and continental options. Aircon operational but a tad noisy. Staff friendly and helpful. They were able to organise laundry for us, 80k per kg.
Room was small, no desk, only one chair. There’s a blackout curtain but light came through the bathroom door. Some neighbours could be noisy. Only one lift but the waiting wasn’t too long.

An average stay
The hotel is in a great location. We could easily walk within about 1 km to shopping areas, restaurants, souvenir shops, cafés, tea shops, and a shopping mall. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
However, we experienced a few problems during our two-night stay. On the first day, the shower water temperature kept changing between hot and cold. The issue was not resolved until around noon the following day, and we had to run the water for 3–5 minutes before it became cool enough to use comfortably. When I called reception about the hot water, a staff member came to check but walked into the bathroom wearing dirty shoes, which I found unhygienic. The biggest problem was the noise. At around 1 a.m., guests in the neighboring room were arguing loudly and disturbing our sleep. I called reception, and the noise stopped about five minutes later. The following morning, there was more noise from guests coming and going in nearby rooms.
