    Great room for a family stay

    Self-checkin was really easy in the entrance way and was useful having the luggage storage if arriving early as check-in is a little later than usual. The room was spacious and clean with a good sized and clean balcony which made it easy to dry clothes - the washing machine was useful for a family of four. Location was excellent with plenty of eating options nearly. A couple of train stations are close walking distance which made it easy to get around.

    There was a bit of noise from the trains and it’s reasonably close to the tracks so might not suit really light sleepers.

    Cheap, comfortable and well equipped flat in an excellent location

    Excellent value for money, small but comfortable for a longer stay, central but relatively quiet location. Very responsive and helpful team.

    Some furniture could be refreshed, no night lights. Single AC unit was great for October, but might not be sufficient in the summer.

    The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Moreover it was close by the subway that connects to Osaka station which has train service to Shin-Osaka. There are several small neighborhood restaurants that open at 6:00pm. Moreover the Tengo Nakazaki-dori shopping street is a 15 minute walk from the property and is well worth the experience.

    Since there is no onsite staff, greater effort is needed in providing insight on local restaurants and activities to provide guidance. Moreover, have tee and instant coffee available.
