The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.     Eine eigentlich tolle Wohnung, der es an Kleinigkeiten mangelt

    Es war viel Platz in der Wohnung und die Lage ist wirklich toll! Es ist zwar nicht direkte Strandlage, dennoch konnten wir aus dem Bett das Meer sehen! Sehr gut hat uns auch die große Dachterasse gefallen, mit Tisch und einen Loungebereich. Prima war auch der PKW Stellplatz.

    Es war sehr schade, dass so wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten geboten wurden. Der Platz war für eine Konsole oder Kommode da. So mussten wir viele kleine Dinge (z B die Handys aufladen) auf dem Fußboden legen. Zu dem fehlt definitiv eine Garderobe oder einfach Haken in der Wohnung. Jacken mussten wir über die Stühle hängen und im Bad waren nur 2 Haken für Handtücher. Bei 4 Personen unzureichend! Was auch gefehlt hat ist ein Staubsauger. Ein Besen war zwar da, aber dieser stand draußen und war komplett nass und dreckig. Daher haben wir uns selbst einen Besen und Handfeger mit Kehrblech gekauft. Da wir zT Regenwetter hatten, konnten wir die Wäscheleinen auf dem Balkon nicht nutzen. Da war der Kundenservice super und brachte uns am nächsten Tag einen Wäscheständer.

    Great Property - Minimal Service

    Great location and nicely presented. Fully air-conditioned with a good balcony for dining.

    The property management company put the incorrect address in arrival instructions - extremely frustrating. We wanted to extend our stay (it's that good), but the process was complicated due to conflicting information. We had to buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, soap etc. very little provided.
