Location was great
The floors are uneven. The front room furniture looks like it belongs in an apartment in stead of a house. The pictures that you posted looked like the house was newly renovated. However, it wasn't just put a coat of paint to make it appear new. The tub had cracks around it and the shower head needs to be screwed in better.

This is an older home, so don’t expect anything fancy, but it has a homey feel and provides the essentials.
The location was good and it was clean. It had a nice layout and felt spacious. Owner was communicative. The hot water and water pressure was very good.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. No central air and heat, so the window units were a little noisy.

Very good
Well located in Eunice, in a quiet area of the town, perfect for my family
A table and chairs for the dinner/breakfast in the kitchen/living room would have been appreciated
