    Had a two night stay booked, got a message at 5pm to say reception only open till 6pm to check in. We'd landed but then stuck in passport control at the airport. I messaged straight back to say we would be there by 6.30 and asked if it would be possible for someone to please wait. I never heard back, had to cancel my booking and was charged for it. Quickly had to book somewhere else

    No reply back, no reception or way to get keys from 6pm
