    Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, die Lage und der Gastgeber sind perfekt.

    Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, etwas außerhalb vom Ort (sehr ruhig) und dennoch schnell im Ort oder am Strand. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, sobald es ein Problem gab, war er gleich vor Ort. Er war auch bei Problemen eine große Hilfe, für die er gar nicht zuständig war.

    Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr einfach und veraltet. Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein und hat keine Fenster. Es gibt kein WLAN. Die "Kaffeemaschine" ist ein manueller Kaffeezubereiter.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is close to the centre of Marina di Campo and to the supermarket. We love the terrace and the view. Apartment is spacious even for a family of four.

    You have to bring your own sheets and towels. And also toilet paper and washing up liquid. But we knew that beforehand so it wasn´t a problem.

    Grandezza dell'appartamento e della terrazza, disponibilità dell'host a risolvere i problemi, parcheggio privato. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, 5 dalla fermata del bus che porta alle altre spiagge.

    Appartamento molto datato, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il proprietario per delle riparazioni. Oltre a non avere lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi, bisogna praticamente comprare tutto: non era fornito nemmeno un rotolo di carta igienica all'arrivo, né una spugna o detersivo o asciuga piatti. Aria condizionata solo in salotto. Senza ascensore. I fornelli vanno accesi con l'accendino (e quello fornito era scarico, cosa che ovviamente abbiamo scoperto nel momento in cui ci servivano).
