  Buena estancia pero no para 5

  La limpieza

  No esta bien adaptado para 5 personas, el sofá cama esta roto, si no tenéis para 5 o arreglas el sofá o pones 4 personas máximo. También entro agua por una zona de la terraza mal arreglada.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I thought I would share my experience because I know I would personally want to read this kind of information before booking an apartment. Unfortunately, this stay was a big disappointment. The owner was not very pleasant or helpful in communication, and there was absolutely no information in the apartment about basic things such as where to take the rubbish or anything useful about the surrounding area. The apartment looks beautiful and perfect in the photos, but in reality it is already quite worn, dirty and not as nice as it appears online. The surrounding area was also rather dirty. The biggest disappointment, however, was the swimming pool. We were travelling with children, and we were not allowed to use a children’s swimming ring. This is something I believe should be clearly stated in the listing. If I had known this beforehand, I would definitely NOT have chosen this apartment for my children. The residential complex itself was also unpleasant. Some of the older residents were extremely unfriendly — for example, they would literally close the door in front of you just to check whether you actually had a key to enter. There were also only one roll of toilet paper and one rubbish bag provided for our entire stay. Overall, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment. The photos and the reality are very different, and there are too many important details that guests should know before booking.

  L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, bien aménagé. L'accès à la piscine est top. Le parking avec la place est un plus L'emplacement est parfait près du Mercadona et la plage n'est pas loin à pied
