Posizione perfetta: vicina alla stazione centrale Sao Bento (10 minuti a piedi) e vicinissima alla stazione della metro Trinidade che arriva diretta all'aeroporto. In 15-20 minuti si raggiunge anche il lungofiume. Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso (noi eravamo in 3 ma si poteva stare benissimo in 4); dotato di quanto necessario per soggiornare diversi giorni (io sono stata 4 giorni).

It had everything we needed and it was very spacious. Also the location was great, very handy for the train, supermarket and local bar.
Could have done with an extra set of keys. Plus the sofa bed in the kitchen area was a bit uncomfortable.

Doskonała lokalizacja, odnowiony budynek, wspaniale poczuć klimat miasta. Łazienka funkcjonalna.
Cienkie ściany i głosy sąsiadów słyszalne każdej niemal nocy, brak wystarczającej liczby naczyń przy 4 osobach. Zmywarka w takiej sytuacji nie spełnia kompletnie swojej funkcji. Ekspres kapsulkowy przeciekał. Rozkładana kanapa nie nadaje się już do spania, wystają z niej sprężyny. Taras z 3 taboretami i plastikowym stołem oraz parasolem ale nie od tego kompletu i nie mogliśmy go rozłożyć. Taras nie był posprzątany.
