    Location

    The property was dirty, and numerous items were either damaged or not functioning correctly. The shower head is rusty and dirty, with a split causing water to leak from the side and significantly reduce water pressure. The bathroom door handle is falling apart, and the dishwasher is rusted. The washing machine makes an extremely loud grinding noise, making it too noisy to use comfortably. Two power points are also coming loose from the wall, which is a potential safety hazard. The shower screen door is missing, allowing water to spill into the main bathroom area and creating a potential slip hazard. The carpets were dirty, with visible dirt and hair throughout. Plastic flaking from inside base of kettle, which meant the kettle couldn’t be used. Bathroom fan caked with built up dirt/dust. For a fully equipped kitchen, having some basic cooking oil available would also have been helpful. Unfortunately, these are just some of the issues. There are far too many to list individually, and the overall condition and cleanliness of the property were very disappointing.
