  STAY AWAY. The worst experience in years

  The location was good. The towels and bedsheets were clean

  That was a disaster. The place is super old and tired. There's no way to block the noise from the street - there are literal wholes in the single layered windows in the kitchen, and they are not closing properly. The balcony doors are also old and single layered, not sound-proof or temperature-proof. There's a constant draft in the apartment and the door is banging from it all the time (and it right next to the bed). When you're in the bed you can hear everything that happens in the hall, in the neighbor's apartment, on the street. Even people talking downstairs. The furniture and facilities are in a poor state, some of those are decades old and are falling apart. I was afraid to use the wardrobe because of its poor state. The host was not helpful at all even with me having a very few requests. When I said in the end how bad it was they didn't even ask me what needs to be improved. They obviously understand what they are doing and it's to force out as much money as possible from the place - they are charging 50% of what the property owner receives. They also tried to charge me 50 USD more than Booking was saying. I absolutely have no idea how this place is even at the market, it should be illegal

  Buena estancia, lugar cómodo y agradable

  Lugar limpio y agradable para la estancia.

  Que habría que cambiar algunas cosas de cocina por más prácticas y modernas. El microondas no funcionaba.

  La zona es espectacular

  No andaban varias cosas del departamento, el aire anduvo un solo día. El microondas no funcionaba. El congelador estaba con demasiado hielo y no congelaba nada. La última noche y hasta el otro día no hubo internet.
