    Wir unterstützen lieber private Gastgeber, anstatt in Hotels zu übernachten. Das Bauernhaus hatte seinen ganz eigenen Ch

    Das alte Bauernhaus hat einen schönen, rustikalen Charme und eine besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders meinem Mann hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber wirkten insgesamt freundlich und haben wegen unseres kleinen Sohnes sogar eine Ausnahme gemacht, sodass wir im Zimmer essen durften.

    Ich persönlich habe mich leider nicht ganz so wohlgefühlt. Obwohl wir gegen 21 Uhr und damit innerhalb der angegebenen Check-in-Zeiten ankamen, hatte ich beim Empfang das Gefühl, dass unsere Ankunft etwas ungelegen kam. Das Bett empfand ich außerdem als nicht besonders bequem.

    The stay was okay but it ended poorly. .

    the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and had Spanish old world charm.

    It was not located on the Camino, which we knew ahead if time. We chose this spot because there was nothing available near the location town we finished up our walk for the day. We hired a taxi and the owner kindly said he would drive us back to the camino the next morning. We showed him twice the night before and once at breakfast where we would need to be dropped off to resume our route, and agreed to the price for the ride. When we started to drive the next morning he he said he could not take us to this location but would only drive us to a different point. We had planned a reasonable 22km hike with time to see Bergos. But we now had to repeat 8km (2.5hr) of walking making it an unmanageable 30km walk.

    Stayed there previously and always found the owner very friendly. Nice quaint Spanish Cottage.
