    excellent and comfortable property for a large group.

    Clean, well presented. En-suites in all bedroom was ideal for our group of 5 couples. Having 2 rooms on the ground floor was brilliant as one of our group is infirm and unable to walk far.

    hot water failed one morning but the agent and owner were very responsive and quickly sorted it out.

    Would definitely come again

    Location was great, having an en-suite in each room was fab, parking outside was a bonus, well stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms

    Beds were a little hard, bathroom doors need frosting for privacy, front bedrooms were very noisy traffic all day and night, labels on kitchen cupboards would be useful spent loads of time searching for what was needed, chairs a little uncomfortable round kitchen table spent most of our time here as this is the only social space
