  The location was quite ok because we had bicycles. Close to the markets and cycle paths.

  Insufficient kitchen and bathroom equipment considering the number of guests staying in the apartment. It was the first time with booking.com when we had bad experience. The communication with the owner was very difficult – he didn ´t sent us any information according to the check-in, he had reacted with long delay and he made up more and more stories. The biggest problem was summercard. The main photo on Booking and a lot of comments from the past gives the impression that the card is included in the accommodation price. However, the owner wrote it is not included and asked us to pay the extra fee for the card. We therefore had to resolve the situation ourselves through the local tourist information centre. They confirmed that the accommodation is part of the Summercard network in 2026 and that, as guests staying at the property, we were entitled to the card. The tourist information centre eventually helped us obtain the cards and to do the registration in the system, but dealing with the whole situation took whole day of our holiday. Unfortunately booking.com to this moment didn ´t start addressing the fact this accomodation is misleading the customers. The owner is clearly not registering all guests in order to avoid paying the required local tax.

  The apartment is big and suitable for families and group of friends. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location is near Zell am see center.

  The apartment was clean and in an excellent location for exploring the surrounding area.

  Unfortunately, communication with the owner was very difficult – he hardly responded to our messages. The biggest problem was the Sommerkarte. The main photo on Booking gives the impression that the card is included in the accommodation price. However, the owner asked us to pay for the card and did not make any effort to arrange it for us. We therefore had to resolve the situation ourselves through the local tourist information centre. They confirmed that the accommodation is part of the Sommerkarte network in 2026 and that, as guests staying at the property, we were entitled to the card. According to the information centre, the owner’s request for payment was therefore not justified. The tourist information centre eventually helped us obtain the cards, but dealing with the whole situation took almost an entire afternoon of our holiday.

  Poměr cena kvalita, blízko k obchodu, kavárně, lanovce, mhd zastávky. 40 min chůze do centra.

  Majitel moc nekomunikoval, včas nezařídil summercard, takže jsme si lanovky museli zbytečně zaplatit. Okolí je plné zahalených Turků.
