    Sehr schönes bequemes Apartment gut ausgestattet, toller Pool in ruhiger Lage.

    Die Wohnung war geräumig und bequem, besonders gefallen hat mir dass man draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken kann. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es oben an der Straße. Die Vermieterin hat extra einen Schokoladenkuchen für uns gebacken.

    Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein, mit einer Solar Heizung sicher kostengünstig möglich. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur im Wohnzimmer. Die Küchenschränke und Schubladen riechen etwas muffig. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine.

    Just perfect simple accomodation with everything you need .Very quiet and peaceful and a lovely pool. The host Susanna was exceptionally helpful

    Nothing really but it would be difficult to access if you had mobility problems as is in a very steep street and there is no parking right be t to the accomodation

    Little bit of paradise in Funchal with amazing swimming pool

    Most amazing swimming pool: the best water temperature from the whole trip! A little bit of paradise in the city of Funchal. 5 minute drive to the center, 5 minute walk to the bakery. The recommended restaurant (Quinta Magnolia Restaurant, also on a 5 minute walk) was simply AMAZING and we went 2 evenings for dinner. The host is very responsive and flexible, we also got to taste the chocolate cake and it was divine. The option to use the washing machine is a really big bonus! The outdoor seating area is really comfortable and pretty.

    The humid smell was indeed noticeable in the kitchen and the bathroom, but totally fine in the bedroom. The parking is on top of the street, but it is quite a busy narrow street when you walk up, so you really need to be careful not to be run over! Also the parking spots are limited and we mostly had to search for a spot nearby to park.
