    Siamo stati bene

    L’appartamento si trova a piano terra con uno giardino attrezzato vicino alla piscina. Molto comodo! Inoltre la struttura é iper fornita sia per la cucina che per il resto dell’appartamento. La ragazza (Aurora) che ci ha consegnato l’appartamento é stata molto gentile e disponibile e premurosa. La posizione é ottima per chi, come noi, ha visitato molti posti (Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Avola, Siracusa/Ortigia) perchè baricentrico a tutto le attrazioni della zona sud orientale della Sicilia.

    Purtroppo tutto il residence ha un problema: é stato costruito sul depuratore di Marzamemi quindi a volte si sentono delle folate di odori acri. Tutti i proprietari si sono arrivati per la risoluzione del problema

    Lovely tranquil stay. Great apartment and terrace. Kitchen was also nicely equipped which I find is rare. Loved the pool

    It’s a completely new-build area and the facilities incl. the pool was really nice! Also it’s a quiet area.

    It’s a bit of a walk to the small town of Marzamemi, along a road with no sidewalks and no streetlights. Cars are driving by fast. So it’s better to take the car.
