Espetacular
O hotel é absolutamente espetacular. A propriedade é lindíssima, e realmente mimetiza um vilarejo - o fato de não ser algo "antigo" fica irrelevante diante de todo o contexto. Desde a chegada e o atendimento no check-in, com direito a uma "visita guiada", até a saída, todos os momentos ali são especiais. Ter ficado na área do borgo tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. O quarto era bastante amplo e confortável, e o banheiro excelente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. As piscinas são espetaculares, e junto com o beach club do hotel e seu restaurante tornam qualquer dia de descanso um sonho. Os restaurantes do hotel são igualmente deliciosos. E o spa é um caso a parte, fantástico (peçam para fazer com a Veronica ou a Rossana!). Uma estadia memorável. Um agradecimento efusivo a toda a equipe que tornou nossa estadia inesquecível, e em especial a Noemi (concierge), a Erica (check-in) e para a Rosa, que nos atendeu todos os dias no café da manhã no La Frasca com muita simpatia.

Most unique Oasis
This is the most beautiful, unique hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel lobby is so different to any other. You feel like you are walking into an oasis of calm. You never feel it is busy. Every member of staff has time for you.
