Dreamy villa
The villa is beautifully put together. Everything was so clean; looked almost brand new. The location is secluded but we wanted it as a break from the busy cities. The villa is one of the best we have stayed in!
We had aircon issue… no one told us when we checked in that all 4 split AC have to be on same mode for it is on work. So our first night was uncomfortable- the villa contact was helpful next day. I wish they had left proper instructions at checkin. Check-in felt very rushed. I also think, there was nothing offered to makeup for our one bad night. We stayed 2 nights- 1st one felt like camping and second one was super comfortable

Heerlijk Italiaans landgoed waar je tot rust kan komen
Er stond iemand op ons te wachten bij het hek. Die overhandigde ons de sleutels en gaf ons rondleiding door het huis. Contact en betaling gaat verder pirma via de app met de eigenaar Beniamino. Het is een kleinschalig landgoed met 3 huizen, waarvan een vrijstaand, een twee onder een kap, en een kleiner appartement met alles op begaande grond. Ideale ligging. Klein dorpje met drie leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Allemaal met andere sfeer en prijsklasse. Hertjes te zien vanaf het zwembad. Heerlijk koel huis doordat alle kamers voorzien zijn van airco. Ideaal met oudere kinderen of twee stellen doordat het twee slaapkamers heeft en twee badkamers. Het is een sfeervol huis en erg schoon.
Veel was top. Ik geef zelden een tien, maar een negen was het zeker waard! Veel opstapjes en treden (dus dit huis niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn) Er zijn een aantal kleine (pietluttige) puntjes ter verbetering. Advies/tips voor de eigenaar: Kleed onder de eettafel (ivm geluid van schuiven van stoelen over de vloer) Iets meer confortabelere stoelen in de tuin (ipv bistro-stoelen) Te weinig schaaltjes aanwezig voor chips en nootjes en dergelijke. Geen bierglazen Te weinig afsluitbare dozen voor bewaren van aangebroken verpakkingen (ivm eventuele mieren) Doek vervangen boven het zitje bij het zwembad.
