Posto bellissimo, alcune cose da migliorare
Piscina stupenda e borgo molto affascinante
Il nostro appartamento non aveva aria condizionata, c’erano dei ventilatori, ma il loro posizionamento era pregiudicato dalle poche prese di corrente. C’erano molti insetti morti abbastanza ovunque. Forse perché non c’erano zanzariere a tutte le finestre. Cosa che sarebbe necessaria, anche solo per poter tenere le finestre liberamente aperte, visto il caldo e l’assenza di ac. Il personale delizioso ha cercato di pulire, ma la quantità di mobili e la grandezza dell’appartamento lo ha reso difficile. Una delle stanze era in cima a una scaletta molto poco accessibile. Ci hanno reso disponibile il sofabed in soggiorno, ma la rete era sfondata. Mi spiace un po’ perché il posto è davvero stupendo e il personale delizioso. Ci hanno regalato una bottiglia, resisi conto dei disagi

La qualité du petit déjeuner, avec des produits locaux ! La beauté du lieu
Le lieu est collé à une route passante, on entend donc toujours les voitures. Nous avions réservé une suite avec baignoire, mais l'eau était juste tiède (nous l'avons dit à l'accueil qui n'avait pas l'air surpris) ; du coup, aucun intérêt d'avoir une baignoire. Aussi, les nuits sont fraiches et le seul moyen de chauffage de la suite étaient 2 splits de climatisation. On les a laissés tourner toute la nuit ce qui a été désagréable : comment font les clients en hiver !? En résumé, la chambre est beaucoup trop chère pour ce qu'elle offre.

everything was excellent!
amazing property, really friendly and super helpful staff, perfect breakfast and dinner restaurant. we loved it all! bonus points for the kitties on the property, we wish we had more time to spend there as there is a pool with a view, tennis field and space to relax and enjoy Tuscany’s beauty
