    The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

    It was very noisy at night - we were in the room next to the street.

    It was a magical stay in a fantastic area and lovely host -felt very comfortable there

    Everything - the location was amazing and the room very large with exceptionally large bathroom - very tastefully decorated room and facilities. Kitchen with coffee, snacks, prosecco, fruit, water - very generous.

    Very steep stairs just one floor up - we did get help with our large cases which was great.

    A piece of calm in the heart of Florence!

    What can I say! Carlotta was amazing!! Such a beautifully warm host, full of smiles and so welcoming, we arrived early and dropped out bags in, we got handed our key and shown everything we needed. It was a trip for my husbands birthday and I mentioned this, Carlotta left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for us to share. The location is wonderful, with a wonderful Italian restaurant at the end of the road and a lovely quirky bar a few doors down, getting to meet more of the locals! The room was incredible, the bed was so comfortable and the room was just so calm. A real haven in the heart of Florence!
