⭐️ Borjomi Likani Hotel – A Mixed Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Front Desk – 4/5 The front desk staff were helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. ⭐️⭐️ Spa Reception – 2/5 Unfortunately, the spa reception staff were unfriendly and rude. A warmer and more professional approach would greatly improve the guest experience. ⭐️ Massage Service – 1/5 Advertised as a “Georgian Massage,” this was one of the least relaxing and most expensive massages I have ever experienced. It did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food – 3/5 The food was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in taste, quality, and variety. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Park & Grounds – 5/5 The park is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well worth visiting. It is a wonderful place to walk around, enjoy nature, relax, and take pictures. Definitely one of the hotel’s highlights! Overall Review Borjomi Likani Hotel has beautiful grounds and helpful front desk staff, but the service experience was inconsistent. While the park was a highlight, the spa reception and massage service were disappointing. For a hotel of this standard, I expected more professional service and better value for money. Improving these areas would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Das Wellness Center war relativ schön
Leider eine Enttäuschung und fragwürdig woher diese 5 Sterne kommen und wie diese gehalten werden. Ich würde maximal gutgemeinte 3 Sterne vergeben. Im großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch fehlt es an ausgereifter Service Kultur und Englisch Kenntnissen des Personals. Bei genauerem hinsehen, fallen auch einige Stellen auf, die der Instandhaltung bedürfen, insbesondere trinkwasserbehälter mit schimmeligen Flecken. Das Abendessen haben wir nicht getestet, Waren jedoch auch negativ überrascht, wie begrenzt die Auswahl und wie Minderwertig die Qualität des Frühstücks war. Daher sind wir gar nicht traurig über das nicht gebuchte, und vergleichsweise, teuer Abendessen. Bis auf das türkische hamam, lässt auch der spa Bereich einige Wünsche unerfüllt. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt der spa Bereich solide, jedoch fehlt es auch hier an vielen Punkten. Insgesamt haben wir nun bereits, einige günstigere Hotels in Georgien ausgetestet und dieses hier hat leider Preisleistungstechnisch sehr enttäuscht. Gastfreundschaft scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Ich komme nicht wieder und würde es auch keinem empfehlen!!

Не очень понравился номер с джакузи. (Сначала у нас был номер с кроватью кингсайз — там все было удобно. Нет удобных поручней чтоб залезть в ванну и вылезти. Для пожилых не подходит.
