    Very quiet and really in nature. Good bed and pillows, basic cutlery supplied but can do better. Outdoore braai are stunning with beautiful views. Close to town and Marakele game reserve. Good wood supply but could give more. Between the Hot water "Donkie " and the braai one must budget!

    Fotos showed a waterhole in front of the units with game comming in to drink. That is non existing!! Bush is very overgrown. I asked if i could drive around on the farm, and was denied. Did not see one head of game! No fan or aircon in the unit. In summer one will die from the heat! It is only September now, and i struggle to sleep in the heat of the Bushveld. Sighn bord at the entrance is hidden in the grass, one can barely see it!

    Beleving middle of nowhere

    Prachtige locatie; een zeer speciaal plekje om de sterrenhemel te beleven. Ook dank voor het hout om de koedoe en het kampvuur te stoken.

    Fun, getaway with 3 generations of men, women may find the lack of comforts hard.

    The location was beautiful, the cottage very neat, clean and in an incredible location with sweeping views over the bushveld. The dam was a very welcome suprise and provide lots of fun swimming.

    It was advertised as having electricity but in realty it had very dim lighting and no plug points, electronics had to be charged in the car. The fridge was also below par. The pool and pool area were not as advertised.

    Exceptional

    The farm was absolutely stunning, views from the chalets is beautiful. I loved how off the grid it is, no stress from normal day life, gives us time away as a family. Plenty of animals to see and encounter. The out door fire pit was lovely on the evening. Kids loved every minute of our time here. The owners were very accommodating and helped in every way they could. Very friendly.

    Nothing loved the whole time there.
