    I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful this property is. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, the perfect place for a wedding or a short stay. The hosts are warm and the breakfast was delicious. We will be back.

    This lovely house and garden is like an oasis in Ulverstone. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast and conversations with Anne. Comfortable nights sleep.

    The owners were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The grounds are so beautiful we wished we had more time to spend there. Lovely.
