could have been great
lovely breakfast with attentive staff taken in wonderful light room with superb views
my single room was barely adequate in terms of sizing - especially the shower room and entrance to same. Anyone who is somewhat "over sized" would not manage to use this area, it was just too narrow and therefore awkward. Maybe this was the worst single room (406) and others are much better in this respect? Also which I passed on to the reception staff was a very annoying humming noise which could be heard over night when the hotel was still - could be from kitchen units?

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beachfront hotel, ideally located just a few steps from the sand and sea, with beautiful views all around. The restaurant deserves special praise. Dining with a view of the sea was a real pleasure, and the quality of the evening meals was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, with dishes freshly prepared to order. Although this made the service a little slower, the quality of the food was well worth the wait. Our room was delightfully furnished, with lots of charm and attention to detail. Overall, a lovely place with excellent food, a beautiful seaside setting, and a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The only downside is that the rooms can only be reached via several narrow staircases, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. I am not sure how suitable the hotel would be for people with mobility impairments.
