We were all very happy with the place.

It was near the University and access to everything was great.

    There was nothing wrong.

    Exceptional

The house is spacious and close to stores and freeways, which makes it easier to move around. The beds are comfortable. Great place for families. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this great place.

The location was fabulous but I probably would not stay there again for the price.

Excellent location, good size house. Nice neighborhood. Extremely easy for shopping and restaurants, park and library close.

A bit of deferred maintenance, not stocked with paper products, some appliances not working. Old and worn furniture. Good beds. Yard not maintained as well as it could be. Gates in disrepair.
