    Ok stay but need to work on room details.

    Good breakfast and I was able to bring my dog.

    Coffee maker didn’t work, TV was problematic. Direct tv app didn’t work and I spent time trying to figure it out then finally tried TUBI and it worked. There was a stain on the bottom sheet which wasn’t pleasant to see.

    Do not book this property!!!

    We had to leave and couldn’t not stay there the smell of damp was disgusting we were then forced by you to still pay for a nights stay despite not staying and explaining the very valid reasons why we were unable to stay.

    Easy drive into Boulder. Nice neighborhood location. Good places to walk all around.

    I would avoid room 104. The lobby is quite loud even when staff were just on the telephone. You can hear everything from that room.

    Cosy place, yet costly

    The owners seem to care for the place and for the guests. The place has a community kitchen, a jacuzzi and a laundromat.

    Semi friendly receptionists. Breakfast is cheap. Well, the Waffel iron is amazing. And the community kitchen wasn't really clean.
